taka49 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the individual player account opened and maintained by a User on the taka49 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements distinct from real-money Balance.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot title, live dealer game, crash game, or sports betting market made available through the taka49 platform.
• "Platform" means the taka49 website accessible at taka49.vip, including all pages, services, games, and features available thereon.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a Bonus Fund amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Services, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable laws.

By accessing the taka49 platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by taka49, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or Games.

This Agreement takes effect from the date you first access the Platform or register an Account, whichever is earlier. If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on taka49, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are a natural person and are not acting on behalf of a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity for the purpose of placing wagers.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming activity of the type offered by taka49 is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of taka49, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement, court order, or other legal restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by taka49 for violation of these Terms and Conditions.

taka49 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility criteria are not or are no longer met. Funds held in an Account found to be ineligible may be withheld pending investigation.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the taka49 platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. taka49 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to void any winnings derived from them.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to update your information promptly should any of these details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

taka49 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud-prevention standards. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage of your Account lifecycle:

• Government-issued photographic identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding 90 days (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement showing your name on the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used)

taka49 may limit Account functionality — including restricting withdrawals — until KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

4.4 Account Currency

All Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). taka49 does not offer multi-currency accounts. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify taka49 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, loss or theft of your credentials, or any security breach affecting your Account. taka49 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

taka49 reserves the right to suspend an Account where it reasonably suspects that credentials have been compromised, pending satisfactory verification of the Account holder's identity.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

taka49 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time, and taka49 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular method.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Account cashier at the time of the transaction. taka49 reserves the right to adjust deposit and withdrawal limits without prior notice.

6.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your Account Balance within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but taka49 endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Withdrawals subject to pending KYC verification may be delayed until verification is complete.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the Account, or to an account verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. taka49 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements being met in full prior to the withdrawal request.

6.5 Currency and Fees

All transactions are processed in BDT. taka49 does not currently levy internal transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your MFS provider or bank may impose their own charges, for which taka49 accepts no responsibility.

taka49 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, deposit matches, and other incentive schemes to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. taka49 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be used to wager on Games specified in the relevant promotion. Certain Games may contribute differently to Wagering Requirements; contribution rates will be published in the promotion terms.
• taka49 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without notice if it reasonably believes the promotion is being abused or where technical or human error has affected the promotion's integrity.
• Players who taka49 determines to be participating in bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple Accounts, collusion, or exploiting technical errors — will have their Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom voided, and their Accounts may be suspended.
• Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash outside of applicable Wagering Requirement completion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taka49 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any Game or Platform feature for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players, taka49 staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any Game.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Platform's software, code, or underlying systems.
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes, including acting as an agent, broker, or sub-agent for other Players.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing taka49 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the taka49 Platform — including but not limited to the taka49 name, logo, trade dress, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of taka49 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of taka49.

Third-party game content made available on the Platform (including games developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other studios) remains the intellectual property of the respective rights holders and is made available on the Platform under licence.

taka49 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its Players. taka49 provides the following tools, which Players are encouraged to use proactively:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits to your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are able to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged in and playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and opt out of all taka49 marketing communications.

11.1 Suspension by taka49

taka49 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has violated any provision of this Agreement.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• The Account holder has provided false or unverifiable identity information.
• A chargeback, reversal, or disputed transaction has been initiated in connection with the Account.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires such action.

During a suspension, the Account Balance will be held and not made available for withdrawal until the investigation is complete. If no violation is found, taka49 will restore full Account access and release the Balance promptly.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, taka49 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money Balance and close the Account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taka49 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or data resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where taka49 has not been negligent in its security obligations.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, where taka49 has taken reasonable steps to ensure game integrity.
• Delay or non-delivery of communications where such delay is caused by third-party network or infrastructure failure.

taka49's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit taka49's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by taka49's negligence.

taka49 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for purposes including Account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, regulatory compliance, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications. taka49 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification services) only to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's services.

taka49 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, taka49 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or on-Platform notification prior to the amended terms taking effect. In cases of urgent changes necessitated by legal, regulatory, or security requirements, amendments may take effect immediately without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.2 above.

The version of these Terms and Conditions displaying the most recent effective date on this page is the version currently in force. Archived versions of prior terms are available on request by contacting [email protected].
